Our process
From brief to delivery or installation
Every project is different, but most follow the same five stages. Not every stage applies to every job; a print order may not need installation, and finished artwork may need only a check.
- 01
Brief
Tell us what you need, where it will be used and what you already have.
- Share the service, location, approximate sizes or quantities and your target date.
- Photographs of the site, vehicle or space and any existing artwork make the brief clearer.
- If you are not sure which service you need, the service finder and the enquiry form both accept Not sure.
- 02
Design or artwork
Design and artwork support prepares your files for the chosen service.
- Telal Sign provides design and artwork support for all its listed services.
- Existing artwork is checked for the intended size and use. New layouts are prepared where needed.
- You review proofs and confirm spelling, contact details and wording before anything is produced.
- 03
Scope agreement
Quantities, sizes, finishes, timing and responsibilities are agreed.
- The quotation reflects the agreed scope. Your target date is discussed, but it becomes a schedule only once the scope is confirmed.
- Responsibilities such as landlord approvals, site access or removal of existing signs are clarified at this stage.
- 04
Production
The agreed items are produced to the approved artwork.
- Production follows the approved artwork and agreed specification.
- If a question comes up during production, it is raised with you rather than assumed.
- 05
Delivery or installation
Items are delivered or installed, as agreed for the project.
- Some items are collected or delivered. Others are installed on site, depending on the agreed scope.
- Site access, timing and any building requirements are confirmed beforehand.
What helps at each stage
For the brief: photographs, approximate measurements and the wording you want to use.
For artwork: your logo in the best available format and any brand guidance.
For scope: quantities, the person who will approve the work and any building or landlord requirements.
For installation: access details, permitted working hours and a site contact.
