Starting an enquiry
What should I include in my first enquiry?
The service you need, where the work will be used, approximate sizes or quantities, and your target date. Photographs and artwork help, but a short description is enough to start.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. Telal Sign provides design and artwork support for its listed services. Tell us what you have, whether that is a logo, a sketch or just a name.
Can I enquire about several services at once?
Yes. Add each service to your enquiry list or select several in the quotation form. They can be discussed as one project.
How do I request a quotation?
Use the quotation form, the contact form, or call or email the team. The form asks only for your name, one contact method, the service and a short description; everything else is optional.
Artwork and files
What artwork files are most useful?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF are best for signs and lettering. For printing, high-resolution PDFs are commonly used. Send what you have and it can be checked for your job.
What if my logo is only a photo or a low-resolution image?
Mention it in your enquiry. Design and artwork support can discuss whether the logo needs to be redrawn for production.
Can I upload files with my enquiry?
Yes, up to five JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF files of up to 10 MB each. Larger files can be arranged after the team contacts you.
Measurements and site details
Do I need exact measurements?
No. Approximate measurements are enough to start. Exact dimensions are confirmed during scoping where needed.
Which photographs help most?
One wide photograph from where people normally see the site, plus one closer view of the surface. For vehicles, photograph each side and the rear.
What site access information should I share?
Mention the building type, any height or access limits, permitted working hours and who can approve work on site.
Quantities, vehicles and timing
What should I tell you about vehicles?
The vehicle type or model if known, how many vehicles there are, the sides or coverage you want and photographs of each vehicle.
Can I give you a deadline?
Yes. Add your target date and say whether it is fixed or flexible. It helps planning, but it becomes a schedule only once the scope is agreed.
Do you have fixed prices or minimum quantities?
Projects are quoted on their details, including size, quantity, materials and installation. Include quantities in your enquiry so they can be considered.

Do you work outside Sharjah?
Telal Sign is based in Industrial Area 13, Sharjah, and serves projects across the UAE. Include your project location in the enquiry.
